Walk Day Information

Walk Now for Autism is a family-friendly event so bring the whole family along.  There are activities for the children, resources for families, light refreshments and entertainment.

Some of our favorites are returning...country singer Mark Leland, our friends from CBS 3, Wondergy Science Guys, Star Wars characters, the Phillie Phanatic, and Finley from the Camden Riversharsks just to name a few!

Registration opens: 8:00 am
Resource Fair opens: 8:00 am
Stage Show begins: 9:30 am
Walk Start: 10:00 am

Registration:
There will be large registration tents set-up along Citizens Bank Way this year.  Participants, when you come out of Parking Lots S, T, and U, you'll walk towards the stage on Citizens Bank Way, and will see the registration tents on your left.

T-Shirts:
If you qualify for a t-shirt (if you've turned in $100 as an individual), you'll pick up a ticket at registration.  Continue walking towards the stage on Citizens Bank Way, and turn right into the stadium at the Left Field gate.  There will be plenty of signage showing you where to enter.  Enter the stadium through the turnstiles, proceed to the concourse, and you'll see the t-shirt station on your right.  If you arrive early enough, you can get a jumpstart on the Resource Fair and children's entertainment, but don't miss the stage show at 9:30!

Walk Route:
The walk route has changed this year!  We'll begin on Phillies drive, round parking lots V, W, X, and R, and then we'll take Philllies Drive around the stadium to Darien Street.  We'll enter the stadium at the First Base gate, and will cross the finish line just through the turnstiles!  All Resource Fair vendors and children's entertainers will be located inside the stadium concourse, so you'll end the walk where all of the fun and good information begin!

Parking:
Resource Fair Vendors and Volunteers will park in Lot P.   All participants will park in Lots S, T, U, which will be closest to our registration, stage and t-shirt areas!

Additional information:
Are you worried about connecting with all of your team members at the walk?  Pick a designated meeting spot in advance, and share that location with your team.  Other tips...if you're having team shirts made, pick a unique color, or create signage to hold up in the air for them to see above the crowd...this will also help our CBS 3 announcers call out your team name from the stage!
