A new study published October 5, 2009 in the American Academy of Pediatrics' journal Pediatrics found a parent-reported autism prevalence rate of one in every 91 American children, including one in 58 boys. For more information, click here.
Thank you to the 7,500 walkers who joined us on October 4th for the 2nd Annual Sacramento Walk Now for Autism Speaks! Together we raised $230,000 and counting to support autism research, advocacy, family services and awareness! This grassroots effort was led by our dedicated volunteer Walk Committee.
