Congratulations & Thank You Rochester Community!
On Saturday, September 12, 2009 approximately 3,000 walkers participated in the 7th annual Rochester Walk Now for Autism Speaks at Monroe Community College in Rochester. Many were wet but despite the weather conditions where Jennifer Johnson from News10, and J-Mac joining together to fight for a better future for those affected by autism. The Rochester to date has raised over $162,000 and counting. All of the walkers enjoyed hot dogs and wraps donated by Uno?s and snacks from Wegmans, Bachman Pretzels, and Tony Stuzik. There were plenty of activities to participate in as well as a live performance from Music Education Centers.

We have done an outstanding job of fundraising this year but just because the Walk is over doesn't mean we stop trying to raise money. If you or your team have yet to hit your goals there is still plenty of time. We will be collecting money towards the Walk until the end of December. Right now School is now in Session. Get your kids Schools involved with your fundraising.
