Welcome to the
2008 Georgia Walk for Autism

Saturday, April 12, 2008
Atlantic Station

Congratulations. . .But We're Not Done

Thank you for joining Autism Speaks and The Marcus Institute as we continue to tackle autism! On Saturday, April 12th, nearly 20,000 people Experienced the power of thousands united by a single cause.  The Georgia Walk for Autism was a HUGE success.  Parents, children, clinicians, celebrities and dignitaries came together and have raised over $1 Million so far.

Visit the Autism Speaks YouTube page to see footage from the 2008 Walk.

The goal for the Georgia Walk for Autism is nearly $2 Million - so let's not stop the fever.  All of April is Autism Awareness month, let's keep the fundraising going.  Over the next 90 days, we have the opportunity to add to the success that we have already seen in Georgia.  Contact your employer, ask about matching gifts, host a BBQ, make contact with your faith community and keep on with that amazing fundraising spirit.  With 90 days in front of us, we will be sure to make this July 4th one for the history books!
