Mansfield Miracles is a team of families who have become friends because we all have children with diagnoses on the autism spectrum. We all know what is is like to hear those devastating words, "Your child has autism." We are so proud of our kids who work so hard every day to overcome their difficulties. They have made tremendous progress - from little people who could not speak to amazing rising kindergartners and first-graders with many talents. We feel lucky that our struggles with autism are mild compared to some, but still we feel compelled to help find a cure.
Autism strikes 1 in 150 children and many think that statistic is closer to 1 in 100. Your support of our team will bring us closer to a cure. Please join us by walking with us on September 13th at beautiful Colt State Park. It is an inspirational event and a fun day for all. If you cannot make it, please consider donating to Autism Speaks through our team. If neither is possible this year, please keep us in your thoughts on September 13th.
