How do I turn in post-walk donations?Please continue to encourage donations from your supporters. Your team pages will remain open for 90 days and your fundraising will count towards team totals and incentive prizes. Still receiving checks? Mail checks payable to Autism Speaks and send with a Donation Form to our accounting department at:

1. send an email to your friends and family recounting our beautiful day on October 31st. Include a copy of our photo of the walkers stretching out for two miles along the National Mall! (How to? Using the clipboard function on your PC: right-click on the photo above or at www.NationalAutismWalk.org ; select "Copy" from the drop-down menu; in a fresh email message, right-click again and select "Paste.") Let them know that you are just about to reach your team fundraising goal and ask them to donate a little to get you over the top!
2. As you prepare your holiday cards in a few short weeks: you can always enclose a letter with photos from the walk and a gentle plea for support. It's been a crazy autumn!, and as we enter the holidays and year-end planning, it's a good time to ask for help for our kids.
3. Have a post-walk team party!, to celebrate your success and to encourage latecomers to support your team. You could have a weekend cocktail party, a holiday baking afternoon, or a Puzzle Piece Decoration party to help make decorations for tree decorating or window art!Stay involved!Please contact us if you'd like to attend our open monthly chapter meetings to learn how you can advance the mission of Autism Speaks in our community.
