My beautiful baby sister, Sophia
“Your baby sister has autism.”
The words that changed my life, and the lives of everyone in my family that loves Sophia.
She was a toddler with no words, but today she is a beautiful little girl of 7 who talks up a storm and loves to boss me around. Every giggle, every smile, every time she tells me a secret from her brilliant little mind, I know that Autism Speaks where there is hope. I believe in Sophia, I believe in Autism Speaks, and I believe that every time someone donates a dollar to my Walk, I think, "Maybe THIS is the dollar that will solve the puzzle."
