Hello to you all,
Wow the 7th year! How time flies. This year's walk is October 4, and the planning is going smooth. Food from T-Bones and Cactus Jacks, Ski and the 99ers will perform again, bounce houses, games, and more. Please join us.
So what's been happening? Well we made it through another year. Robbie seems to be doing well at his new school. I'm not sure how he feels about the hour commute, but he is entertained by his fun van driver Andrea.
We had a full year, not missing a beat. Hiking, skiing, swimming and a trip for April vacation. Florida was a blast, but I could live without the theme parks. Of course the first words Robbie said on the way home were Canobie Lake Park.....Man he likes to spin, and drop so much more than me!
We are hoping to keep our fund raising numbers up despite the economy. I've done some small fundraising events, three local schools had some creative events. Employees wore jeans and paid $5.00 each which went to Autism Speaks. My neice had a bake sale and raised aver $150.00. Yesterday seven of us stood in the hot sun at NH Motor Speedway for 10 hours and raised $420.00. So our numbers are creeping up. I hope when this letter goes out they will at least hit the $1000.00 amount so that I can be part of the GRAND CLUB (raising over $1000.)
