Another year is upon us and the momentum continues. Carolyn and I were stunned at the out-pouring of support we received for Joshua’s Journey last year. The donations made, as well as walkers that joined us for the event, left us truly speechless. Remarkably, we received contributions and words of support from people we do not even know. Joshua and our family are truly fortunate to have the support of such an incredible network of friends and family.
Words cannot describe how we feel about our son Joshua. For every word he struggles to get out, to every smile that spreads across his face, he is loved. We have vowed to continue to raise money and garner support for Autism Speaks, not only for of all the good things that they do to support those with autism, but because it provides us a way to honor our son for all of his struggles, and more importantly for all of his accomplishments.
